The Villa may accommodate up to 12 guests in total, it is composed of 6 double ensuite bedrooms, a leaving room with a dining area, an open kitchen, a bathroom for guests. At the same level there is the one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and with queen size bed – ceiling fan and private terrace. At the lower lever there are two double bedded room with ensuite bathroom with either king size bed or 2 twin beds each, equipped with a ceiling fan and private terrace. Air conditioned. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with queen size bed – ceiling fan, Air Condition and private terrace equally.

Additionally, there are two more guest houses, one with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with either king size bed or 2 twin beds – ceiling fan and private terrace. Finally, the second guest house with a living room (one single bed could be used as a spare bed), a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. The property is fully furnished by the owner. The following amenities are included in the Property: dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, Wi-Fi, linens, swimming pool, A/C in some areas. The size of the swimming pool is 10 meters x 4 meters. Outdoor shaded sitting and dining areas, a BBQ is available too. Laundry and chef kitchen in the English basement

Deposit, Cancellation Policy & Guarantee:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.

Upon arrival the amount of  2,000 Euros must be given as a guarantee for the villa, the amount will be returned to the guests before departure if no damages have been caused to the property.
