Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card or with bank transfer; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.

Upon arrival the amount of  1,000 Euros must be given as a guarantee for the villa, the amount will be returned to the guests before departure if no damages have been caused to the property.
