The property is composed of a main residence building and a guest house, built in stone, both situated on a hilltop and next to the monastery of “Panagia tou Vounou”, offering magnificent view to the aegean sea.

The main residence consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds and bathroom, a room for children with bunk beds, a great garden with a large swimming pool, an outdoor dining area and sofa corners. The guest house is located several meters away from the main residence, offering privacy in both buildings. It is designed with a large living room, a dining area with kitchen, a double-bedded room and a room with two built in single beds, a bathroom with shower, a big verandah offering full sea view.

Main residence layout:

Ground level: A large living room and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest WC.

Upper level: The master bedroom with bathroom and two more bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom.

Lower level: Children’s bedroom (2 bunk beds) with bathroom and one bedroom with double bed (nanny’s-room) and a bathroom.

Guest house layout:

Living room, dining area and kitchen, a double-bedded room and a room with two built-in single beds, a bathroom, a big verandah offering full vie to the sea.

Outdoor layout:

A large swimming pool, lounge chairs, shaded dining area for 14 people, a BBQ, a large garden and a parking area. The villa may accommodate up to 16 guests.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.
