Overlooking the iconic church of Chrysopigi, the villa Cape, a stylish and welcoming home is ready to accommodate you dreams in Sifnos. The owners have designed and have decorated the villa under the sense of minimalism with elegancy, into the most stanning location in the island, the deeply religious and inspirational rock of the Chrysopigi. Enjoy the villa to the maximum by the swimming pool overlooking the deep blue of the Aegean Sea. Sunrise will be there for your daily regeneration from Villa Cape.

Separated into two floors the villa is composed of seven en-suite bedrooms, two with king size beds and five with two single beds. A spacious living room and a spacious kitchen is designed in each floor. There are two bathrooms for common use. Enjoy your meals at one of our four dining tables, in the living room of the upper floor, in the veranda outside the main entrance, one next to the pool and one just outside the living room on the upper floor, for the windy days.

Flexibility:

The villa may accommodate 14 persons but there is an option to extend the capacity to 20 persons in total by adding extra beds upon request.

During the high season, the villa can only be rented in its entirety. However, during the shoulder season, you have the option to rent just the upper level of the property, which can sleep up to 8 guests within three bedrooms. The amenities such as the pool and the grounds of the villa will still be at the full disposal of the guests.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.
