The Be House combines the ultimate relaxation of summer vacations with all comforts of a modern residence. Built in Cycladic design and equipped with modern facilities it creates a house of unrivalled aesthetics, suitable for both families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay. The main apartment, occupying an area of 105 sq.m. stands on an elevated level, overlooking Apollonia. It may accommodate up to 5 guests.

Main residence layout:

Upper floor: Living room with furnishings designed by Coco-mat, a dining area for 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine offering a variety of coffees in capsules. Moreover, a wine cellar- cooler can be filled to your choice from a large variety of wines from all over the world.

The master bedroom, equipped with king-size bed and mattress by Coco-mat bed has a private bathroom with Zealots toiletries and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a second bathroom and access to the balconies of the apartment. Specially designed space with washing machine and dryer.

Large courtyard, BBQ grill by Weber, traditional oven, large dining area, outdoor shower, a mini basket court and parking area.

The house has a guest house as well, which may be added at the already existing apartment upon request with an extra cost for it.

Guest  house layout:

Ground Floor: A living room with sofa (convertible into a bed), a kitchenette and a dining table, a bathroom.  There is a double bed on the upper floor (loft-type).

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.
