Standing on a hilltop with a panoramic view, near Apollonia, the central town of Sifnos at the outer northern edge of the Exambela village, there is the villa Nona, a master house, built according to typical Cycladic architecture. Near the house of Nikolaos Tselementes, the greatest Greek chef of the 20th century, in a yard of 220 sq.m., with courtyards and garden, the main house of 120 sq.m. is composed of a spacious living room and dining area 4,5 m high, two bedrooms, a double-bedded one, and a room with two single beds, a kitchen opening to a large verandah with sea view offering the most beautiful sunrise that one may see at early morning.

The bathroom is built in the courtyard of the house. The house provides different outdoor spaces for dining and sitting, as well as terraces and gardens offering a full view of the sea, and overlooking the ancient Castle of Sifnos. The guest house of 35sq.m, on a separate level, is cozy and independent with direct access to the garden. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a grooming space, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The villa may accommodate up to 6 guests.

Guesthouse layout:

Sitting and dining spaces, under the shade of plants, with breathtaking views and access to the garden. The bathroom with shower is built at the back of the courtyard

Every two days cleaning and change of linen and towels two times per week.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.
