By the slopes of the imposing mountain complex of Kamares (the port of Sifnos island) the «Kamares Bay House» commands extraordinary views over the harbor, the sparkling blue sea, the sunsets and the twinkling starry skies that light up until dawn.

On walking distance to the port and its hippy dippy vibe, the cosmopolitan air of the yacht marina, the traditional and the gourmet restaurants, the cafes and beach bars, and a few steps away from the (awarded for its crystal-clear waters) sandy beach of Kamares, or for cognoscenti the unspoiled tiny pebble beach underneath the house one can chill out on… without leaving the house surroundings.

With an «architect’s pedigree» that of the «Sarlis Studio» that designed numerous of the renowned villas of the island, the «Bay House» is arranged in clean lines and rectangular shapes, orientates itself according to the light, the scenery, and the sunsets offering spectacular views, total relax and privacy. Bio climatic and eco-friendly, is built with the best natural materials such as: silver like stone pavements, lava plaster coloured walls and pebble mosaics, wooden oak floors treated with wax, traditional wooden ceilings, lime white washed walls. The house is decorated with art pieces and ceramics -pottery art to honour the island’s story and traditions. The house may accommodate up to 6 guests.

Main residence layout:

The concept is that of a boat floor plan and layout

Lower floor:  All bedrooms (X3) are situated, beautifully arranged alongside a spacious hallway.

Upper floor : Τhe living – dining –kitchen –veranda- relaxing area, all alternated in a unique open space that resembles a boat deck because of the views offered over the sea, the bay and the marina. Actually, in this level of the house one feels like being on a boat bridge.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.
