Situated on a serene hilltop at Exambela, just two kilometers away from the main residential and commercial village of Apollonia, the “villa Ari” overlooks the aegean sea and neigh-boring islands and also the medieval castle of Sifnos. The villa is an elegant example of cycladic architecture offering high quality hospitality in spacious living and relaxing areas, a large number of bedrooms with private baths and a large swimming pool with master view all over. It should be mentioned that the residence has been meticulously renovated and decorated with handcrafted collection items and works of art with a view to attain its glamour of times past. The villa may accommodate up to 14 guests.

At an elevated level, the residence consists of a spacious living room 4,5 m high, a dining area for 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms with king-size or double beds and private bathrooms with shower and also a loft space with a double bed. The ground floor, giving direct access to the garden and swimming pool comprises two more bedrooms with private shower bathrooms.

Upper floor: Main residence with spacious living room, 4.5 m high, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 14 people, 5 bedrooms with double or king size beds and bathrooms with shower, a loft with an additional double bed.

Ground floor: Two independent outdoor bedrooms with bathrooms and direct access to the garden and swimming pool area.

Large swimming pool with jacuzzi and water jets, sun-beds, an outdoor dining and sitting area, BBQ, various relaxation areas and a small chapel, Aghia Aikaterini.

Deposit, Cancellation Policy & Guarantee:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.

Upon arrival the amount of  2,000 Euros must be given as a guarantee for the villa, the amount will be returned to the guests before departure if no damages have been caused to the property.
