Alkyonis Villas – Suite 7

At the picturesque bay of Kamares, just 100 meters away from the sandy beach, of Kamares, one comes across the “Alkyonis Villas”, a small suites complex composed of 10 suites, designed by the famous architect Michalis Doris, in typical cycladic style. All suites are equipped with double or single built-in beds, a leaving room with sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower. The size of the suites varies from 40 to 90 sq. meters. All suites have verandah or balconies, that allowing guests to enjoy sea view or watch the most breathtaking sunset of Sifnos.

Within walking distance from the suites, there is the Kamares attraction and commercial area with super and mini markets, pottery shops, bakeries, seaside restaurants and tavernas.

Main residence layout:

In a single space layout, there is a sleeping area with one double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a third built in sofas and a sifnian sofa (transformable into a single bed), a kitchenette and a dining table. The suites provide a private terrace with full sea view. Each suite may accommodate up to 3 guests

Deposit, Cancellation Policy & Guarantee:

For the confirmation of your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount will be paid with your credit card; balance is due two months prior to your arrival. Please note that there is no option for modifying or cancelling the reservation in question with refunded payment.

Upon arrival the amount of  2,000 Euros must be given as a guarantee for the villa, the amount will be returned to the guests before departure if no damages have been caused to the property.
